How do I contact the Suntic team?
Email hello@boldbiscuit.com with your question. Including your device model and iOS version helps us help you faster. We aim to reply within a couple of business days.
How do I delete my data or account?
In the app, go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account Data. This removes your anonymous account and associated backend data and resets your analytics identity. On-device data is removed when you delete it or remove the app.
How do I manage or cancel Suntic Pro?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Open the Settings app → tap your name → SubscriptionsSuntic to change or cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
How accurate is the UV index?
Suntic uses UV data from Apple Weather (WeatherKit) for your location. UV readings and safe-sun estimates are guidance, not guarantees: clouds, altitude, reflection (snow, water, sand) and your own skin all affect real exposure.
Does Suntic work offline?
You need a connection to fetch fresh UV data and forecasts. Previously loaded data and on-device features may still work, but for accurate, current UV you should be online.
